Who we are

Stockrita is an investment-research and data platform, operated by Praroop Innovations. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Stockrita at stockrita.com, including all features, information, and services we make available (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Your account

You may sign in with Google or with an email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must give accurate account information and keep it current. One person may not maintain multiple accounts to evade limits.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Stockrita lawfully and only as these Terms permit. You may not:

• perform automated or bulk extraction (scraping, crawling, harvesting) of any content or data from the Service;
• resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly republish content or data obtained from the Service;
• circumvent the login wall, rate limits, or any access control;
• reverse-engineer, probe, or attack the Service, or use it to harm others or infringe their rights.

We may enforce these limits with technical and account measures. Using the Service in breach of this section is a material breach of these Terms.

The information we provide

Stockrita presents information, analysis, and tools derived from public and other lawfully obtained sources. We work to keep it accurate and current but we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate, or up to date. Nothing on Stockrita is investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Praroop Innovations and Stockrita will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or INR 1,000.

Eligibility

Stockrita is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement. The Service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly create accounts for anyone under 18. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle this.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we publish a new version with a new effective date and keep prior versions on record. If a change is material, we will ask you to review and accept the updated Terms before you continue using the Service. Your continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the current version.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service and its users. On termination your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (acceptable use, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and records we must retain) survive termination.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that the courts of competent jurisdiction in India will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
